Moving On: Bev Bevan's Brand New Zing

With many thanx to Dawn Grainger for providing photo [above left] ...
#1,143: Hello ... Hello ... my old friends ... It's great to see you once again! The Move [featuring Bev Bevan and Trevor Burton] announced Thursday 14th July that their previously announced Autumn tour has now been cancelled with four Midlands dates in Solihull, Cannock, Sutton Coldfield and Redditch rebranded as shows by Bev Bevan's Zing Band, with support by Ricky Cool and The In Crowd. Unfortunately, the gigs in Tewkesbury, Billingham, Shanklin and Cheltenham will not now go ahead.

According to a letter sent to ticket holders for the Cannock date on Sunday 18th September, Trevor Burton has departed the band and the new Zing Band quintet will feature superlative Rockin' Berries frontman Geoff Turton as guest vocalist alongside Bev and his regular cohorts Phil Tree, Tony Kelsey and Abby Brant. Expect to hear the hits of The Move, ELO and a whole host of others! Tickets for all four [4] shows can be purchased via the links detailed below thus:
