ChartWatch: Seven Heaven for Alone In The Universe

#1,028: Hello ... Hello ... my old friends ... It's great to see you once again! "Alone In The Universe", the new album from Jeff Lynne's ELO, continues to "Hold On Tight" at #7 for the fourth week running in the latest Official UK Albums Chart Top 100 announced today making it five weeks in the Top 10 following its release back on Friday 13th November.

Meanwhile, The Beatles' best-selling "1" compilation is up a place to #28 and ELO's "All Over The World" greatest hits package has gone up five places to #37 with "Get Up" - the new Bryan Adams album produced, of course, by Jeff Lynne - rising seven places to #57.

Over in the Official UK Top 100 Singles ChartRoy Wood's perennial Wizzard Christmas classic "I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day" is up another nine places to #34 with Paul McCartney's "Wonderful Christmastime" making an appearance at #98 too!
