Get Up: Bryan Adams Debuts New Songs at Hyde Park

#971: Hello ... Hello ... my old friends ... It's great to see you once again! A year on from the spectacular return of Jeff Lynne's ELOBryan Adams gave live debuts to both released songs from his forthcoming Jeff Lynne produced "Get Up" album in an impressive set that stole the show at BBC Radio 2's Hyde Park 'Festival in a Day' yesterday (Sunday 13th September).
The Canadian rocker wowed the 50,000 crowd with both "You Belong To Me" and "Brand New Day" to bookend a powerful and entertaining set dominated by tracks from his all conquering "Reckless" album before he returned for a storming encore. Both the Bryan Adams and Rod Stewart sets can be viewed, at the time of writing, on repeat loop by pressing the famed BBC Red Button.
