Get Back: BBBV @ The Cavern

#243: Hello ... Hello ... my old friends ... It's great to see you once again! This weekend is promising to be a very special one for me. At long last, Yours Truly KJS will be travelling up to Merseyside (with Chris 'Daytripper' Evans) for one night only to catch The Beatles Blues and Blue Violin Project (BBBV) featuring Phil BatesMik Kaminski and Tina McBain playing a much anticipated gig at The Cavern "Down Home Town" in Liverpool (not the original venue but good enough for this purpose) on Saturday 10th September, as part of their current UK tour.

For this writer to see this class act perform their interpretations of not only Beatles but ELO songs in or near the birthplace of The Beatles - who are the progenitors of ELOremember that now famous John Lennon quote that ELO were the "son of Beatles"? - will be another addition to my Musical Milestones list! So why not catch BBBV on their present Autumn 2011 tour? Full details of the tour can be found on the BBBVPhil Bates and Tina McBain web site Tours pages here:

ELO Beatles Forever (ELOBF) recommends The Beatles Blues and Blues Violin Project to those enlightened folks who enjoy the music of ELO/Jeff Lynne, Roy Wood, The Move, Wizzard, The Idle Race, 'Brum Beat', The Beatles and related artistes.

Until next "Time" in the ELO (and related) Universe ... KJS ... 08-Sep-2011
